About JMI M.A. Human Resource Management
M.A. Human Resource Management at Jamia Millia Islamia is offered by the Department of Social Work. Admission is through JMI’s own entrance test, which in 2026–27 carried programme code M14 and was held in several cities.

Who can apply
For 2026–27: (i) BBA/BBS/B.Com. (Hons.) or B.A. (Hons.) in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Political Science or History with at least 50%; or (ii) a three-year B.A. with any two of Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Political Science and History with at least 50%; or (iii) any other bachelor’s degree with at least 55%; or (iv) 60% in any other discipline. Medium of instruction: English. Final-year students should check the prospectus for rules on appearing candidates.
