All JMI diploma, advanced diploma and PG diploma courses (2027–28)

Jamia Millia Islamia offers 18 diploma-level programmes that we prepare students for: 4 diplomas after Class 10 or 12, 2 advanced diplomas, and 12 postgraduate diplomas for graduates. Most are one year (two semesters) and admit students through JMI’s own entrance test. Which diploma courses does Jamia Millia Islamia offer?

JMI offers diplomas such as the Diploma in Engineering (University Polytechnic), Diploma in Unani Pharmacy, Leather Goods & Footwear Technology and language diplomas, plus advanced diplomas and around a dozen PG diplomas including PGDCA, TV Journalism, Remote Sensing & GIS, Disaster Management and Labour Laws. How do I get admission to a JMI diploma course?

Most JMI diploma and PG diploma courses admit students through JMI’s own entrance test, sometimes followed by an interview. Applications open on admission.jmi.ac.in when the prospectus is released, usually around February.

Who can apply for a JMI PG diploma?

PG diplomas are for graduates; each course sets its own subject and percentage requirement. Check the eligibility on the course page before applying.
