Overview

About the JKPSC Combined Competitive Examination

The Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) conducts the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) to recruit officers for the J&K Administrative Service (KAS), J&K Police Service, J&K Accounts Service and other gazetted services of the Union Territory.

The exam closely follows the UPSC Civil Services pattern: an objective Preliminary exam, a descriptive Main exam with an optional subject, and a Personality Test. What sets it apart is the weight of Jammu & Kashmir: its history, geography, culture, economy, governance and current affairs run through the General Studies papers and the interview.

Meer Sir Academy's JKPSC programme is led by Dr. Mohd. Iqbal Mir, UPSC mentor and social-science scholar, with small batches, structured study material, regular tests, answer-writing evaluation and interview guidance. The same foundation prepares you for UPSC and other state PSC exams such as UPPSC and BPSC.
