JEE Main and JEE Advanced serve different admission routes. We help students build the subject foundation and exam habits needed for their chosen target.
The first engineering entrance stage
JEE Main Paper 1 covers Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for the B.E./B.Tech route. Main scores are used for admissions to participating NITs, IIITs and other institutes, and for shortlisting eligible candidates for JEE Advanced.
Separate papers exist for B.Arch and B.Planning; their requirements differ from Paper 1.
The IIT entrance route
Eligible candidates who qualify through JEE Main can appear for JEE Advanced, subject to that year’s full eligibility conditions. Advanced preparation emphasizes deeper concepts, multi-step reasoning and unfamiliar problems.
Examination ranks and institute admission remain subject to official rules and seat allocation.

JEE Main percentile is not the same as marks percentage. Review the current NTA result rules before comparing scores. A JEE Advanced rank alone does not allot an IIT seat.
JoSAA seat allocation
Admission depends on eligibility, rank, category, choices, seat availability and the current counselling rules. Read the official business rules before choosing, accepting or seeking an upgrade to a seat.

Is JEE Advanced required for NIT or IIIT admission?
For many NIT and IIIT B.E./B.Tech routes, JEE Main rank and the applicable admission requirements are used. JEE Advanced is the IIT entrance route. Always check the current institute and JoSAA rules.
Can I register for JEE Advanced without JEE Main?
Most Indian candidates must satisfy the year’s JEE Main shortlisting rule as well as the other JEE Advanced eligibility criteria. Check the official brochure for exceptions and the exact rules.
What are the course fees and batch timings?
